CASUG is a nonprofit organization that supports the growth and development of the Microsoft SharePoint Community across the Carolinas.  This group works to keep it's members at the cutting edge on items such as new releases, techniques, product solutions, and real-world best practices from within in the community. We aim to have engaging meetings that are fun and valuable in a casual environment.

Our members have a great opportunity to network with local professionals and peers while advancing their understanding of SharePoint technologies. We meet on the third thursday of every month at the Microsoft Campus and we welcome you to join us!!

Join us on Thursday, February 16th from 5:30-7:30 at the Microsoft Campus for a discussion on SharePoint Online Governance. The session starts at 6:00.

Session: SharePoint Online Governance

SharePoint Online has been undergoing a lot of change over the last year. Not only for the user experience but also as a supporting component for a lot of other Office 365 services. It either helps support or integrates with at least ten other services. That can affect your storage, naming conventions, needing to work with other supporting teams, and various other aspects of your environment. This session will cover at a high level, or it would take numerous days, each of those services and things to consider as an administrator and things to understand as a user interacting with these services. Join us for the overview and open discussion.

Speaker: Cory Williams

Cory is the Business Productivity Practice Manager in Cardinal's Charlotte office. He has been working with SharePoint since 2005 and Office 365 since 2010 for a variety of clients and industries.
